Our Mission:

Bringing farm fresh to your community

In 2019, Daniel Denman and a professor at Kansas State University talked on the phone about adding a milk processing plant to the farm. Then, in early 2020, people were rushing to the grocery store to stock their refrigerators in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Daniel was bothered when he saw that the dairy cases at local grocery stores were completely empty when there was milk sitting in the milk tank on the farm. He thought about how the milk was being processed and sold all over the region, but the farm couldn’t supply their own local community’s needs.  That is the root of Denmandale Dairy - filling a need in the community. 

This is why the Denman family is not only passionate about local milk but also giving back.

We’re so glad you're here - take a seat around our table and get to know us. 

We all know that’s where the most important conversations usually happen anyway - they do in our homes at least. The table is a place to gather for both business and pleasure. For us, the table is a place to discuss what happened during the day and laugh at the funny events that happened on the farm. It’s also a place to pay bills and pray – a place where our family and friends come together and enjoy a cold glass of milk.

 
 

Sharing Our American Dream With You One Glass Of Milk at a Time

We want to have an impact on our community, so we decided to build a milk processing plant that is capable of producing 2,200 gallons of creamline milk per day. But we didn't just want to be another milk processor - that's why a portion of every bottle sold will be donated to community outreach.

Gallons of milk bottled each week

Here on the farm, we are producing 300 gallons when we bottle weekly . These bottles are then shipped to the markets with our own trucks, so that you may take them home and enjoy!

Our Flavors

Milk fresh and true to its natural form. 

At Denmandale Dairy, we take your milk experience seriously.  We have been drinking milk all our lives and want to bring that experience to you. The milk from our farm to your table is prepared the way it should be:

  • Vat pasteurized: Our milk is cleaned at a lower temperature to kill germs while still preserving its natural profile.

  • Non-homogenized: The cream in our milk is still intact (that's why you have to shake it up!).

 

We want you to experience milk the Denman way - fresh, creamy, and smooth. That’s why we process our milk the way we do. Denmandale Dairy offers two foundation flavors and often a seasonal variety that is available for a limited time.
